If you are having problems with the drop-down boxes at the top of the screen (The DAAT, Information for Service Users etc...) and you are using Internet Explorer 8, the following should hopefully solve the problem and allow you to see the drop-down menus:

Solution 1

Press the "Compatability" button.  This is located next to the "refresh" button on the navigation bar, as the below image shows (circled in red):

This should hopefully allow you to use the drop-down menus.  If not...

Solution 2

Click on "Tools" at the top of the screen (or by clicking on the Windows button in the top left of the screen)

Then select "Compatability Settings" and the following screen should appear:

Add the address www.sheffielddaat.org.uk and then click Add, then Close.  This should allow you to then use the drop down menus.

Unfortunately, this is a problem with Internet Explorer, NOT with this website.

If the site STILL does not work, we suggest using an alternative web browser.  Firefox is the 2nd most popular browser after Internet Explorer - click here to go to their website and download their browser.  This problem does not exist on Firefox so you will find it easier to navigate out site using Firefox, as well as other sites that have similar issues.
