23rd June 2008 - Sheffield nurse prescriber honoured!!
Sheffield Primary Care Outreach Nurse Tim Devey has received the prestigious Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Award for Outstanding Service: only one of five people to do so.

13th December 2007 - Turning Point's Vicky Ward Wins National Award!!
Outreach drug worker Vicky Ward , who works with Turning Point Adult Treatment Service in Sheffield, was selected from around 400 nominees to receive a Tackling Drugs Changing Lives Award at a ceremony held in London today (13/11/2007).
Vicky was presented with an award for £10,000 to spend on treatment and prevention.

9th September 2007 - Together In Sport Event
On Sunday 9th September, Sheffield hosted the annual Together in Sport event. This attracted a large number of athletes/spectators from Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, and even as far away as Grimsby!
